This footage may be used to highlight your contributions to the community and to feature our dedicated franchisees. If you are not comfortable with this condition, we regret that we cannot proceed with awarding the Local Heroes services.

    We will notify the winner via phone call and email within 7 days of the nominations closing

    1. Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals residing in Australia.

    2. Competition Period: The competition starts on June 17, 2024, and ends on 31/12/2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

    3. How to Enter: No entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void.

    4. Criteria: Nominations will be assessed by Jim’s Group national team with it’s CEO, Jim Penman.

    5. Prizes: Every week, one winner will receive up to $2,000 worth of Jim’s Services. Prizes are subject to availability, and Jim’s Group reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

    6. Winner Announcement:     Winners will be chosen weekly and notified by email and phone call within 7 days from each Friday. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Jim’s Group reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

    7. Data Protection and Privacy:     Information submitted with an entry will only be used for this competition and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

    8. General Conditions:     Jim’s Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Jim’s Group’s control.

    9. Liability:     Jim’s Group is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

    10. Legal Compliance:     This competition is conducted in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
