Training

No experience in lawn care is required. Jim’s Mowing provides two weeks of structured training before you start:

  • Week 1 at Jim’s Group national headquarters in Melbourne — covers the franchise system, operations, customer service, pricing, and business management.

  • Week 2 in the field with an experienced franchisee in your region — hands-on equipment training and real job experience.

  • Ongoing access to Jim’s Group training resources after you launch.

The Franchise Package

No experience in lawn care is required. Jim’s Mowing provides two weeks of structured training before you start:

  • Jim’s Mowing brand licence — use of the name, uniform, and signage.
  • National advertising — TV, digital, SEO, and Google Ads managed by Jim’s Group.
  • Lead generation — calls routed to you from the national 131 546 number.
  • Franchisor support — each franchisee has a local franchisor (a senior operator) who provides ongoing coaching and business advice.
  • Jim’s Group app and job management system.
