All prospective franchise owners participate in a 3-day training course at our headquarters in Mooroolbark, Victoria. During this time, you’ll have the chance to meet our founder, Jim Penman, along with other future franchisees eager to start their new careers.
Our training is designed to equip you with valuable skills for both business and life. Over the 3 days, you’ll learn everything from customer service and sales to marketing and building resilience. We cover all the essentials to help you succeed in your franchise journey.
For specialised divisions like Dog Wash, Cleaning, Mowing, and Test & Tag, additional training days are provided to teach the specific technical skills needed to run your business successfully.
