THE PAY FOR WORK GUARANTEE
Jim’s guarantees franchisees a minimum weekly income. If you don’t hit that number through paid work, you do free services until you do.
That sounds backwards until you understand what those free jobs actually do. A free lawn mow or free dog wash builds a relationship with someone who could become a regular customer. You’re proving what you do, getting your name out, and building referrals.
And Jim’s pays you for that work. $80 per free dog wash. Around $65 per free lawn. That payment makes it financially viable to invest in building your client base without going broke doing it.
