Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Every valid free quote request through jims.net, a Jim’s divisional website, or the Jim’s call centre on 131 546 counts as one entry. There is no cost to enter and no obligation to book a Jim’s service after receiving your quote.
Jim’s Group employees, Jim’s franchisees, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running the promotion are not eligible to enter.

Do I have to book a job to win?
No. You only need to request a free quote. Whether you go ahead with the job is up to you.
How many times can I enter?
One entry per valid quote request. If you need quotes for different jobs or services, each one is a separate entry.
When is the draw?
Every Thursday at Jim’s Group head office.
How will I know if I win?
We will call and email you within 3 business days of the draw using the contact details from your quote request. We also announce the winner on Jim’s Group social media every week.
What if I miss your call?
We will keep trying for up to 14 days. If we cannot reach you in that time, we draw a new winner from the remaining entries.
Where can I use the voucher?
Any Jim’s service in the Jim’s Group network.
How long is the voucher valid for?
12 months from the date you receive it.
Can I get cash instead?
No. The voucher is a services voucher only and not redeemable for cash.
Can I give the voucher to someone else?
No. The voucher is not transferable.

Jim’s Group Weekly $1,000 Voucher Draw Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
The promoter is Jim’s Group Pty Ltd, ABN 82 101 925 268, of 48 Edinburgh Road, Mooroolbark, 3138 VIC (“Jim’s”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
- Promotion period
The promotion runs from [start date] and continues until further notice. Jim’s may end or pause the promotion at any time by updating these terms.
- Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Jim’s Group, Jim’s franchisees, their immediate families, and contractors involved in running the promotion are not eligible to enter.
- How to enter
To enter, request a free quote for a Jim’s service through:
- The quote request form on jims.net or any Jim’s divisional website
- The Jim’s call centre on 131 546
Every valid free quote request equals one entry. A valid quote request means a genuine enquiry for a Jim’s service that has been logged in the Jim’s system with accurate contact details and service requirements.
- Multiple entries
Customers who request separate quotes for different services or jobs receive one entry per valid quote request. Duplicate quote requests for the same job within a 30 day period count as one entry.
- Invalid entries
Entries with false contact details, test entries, spam submissions, or quote requests with no genuine intent to receive a quote will be disqualified.
- The prize
Each weekly winner receives a Jim’s services voucher to the value of $1,000 AUD (the prize).
The voucher:
- Is redeemable against any Jim’s service offered by Jim’s Group divisions
- Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Is not transferable
- Is not redeemable for cash
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
- Must be used in a single booking or across multiple bookings until the value is exhausted
- Draw
The draw takes place every Thursday at Jim’s Group head office. The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries received during the previous 7 days. Each week’s draw is separate. Entries that do not win one week do not roll over to the next week.
- Winner notification
The winner will be contacted within 3 business days of the draw by phone and email using the contact details provided at quote request. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Jim’s may select a new winner from the remaining eligible entries.
- Winner publicity
By entering, each entrant agrees that if they win, Jim’s may publish their first name, last initial, suburb, state, and the Jim’s service they enquired about on Jim’s Group social media channels, website, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Privacy
Personal information collected for this promotion is handled in accordance with the Jim’s Group Privacy Policy at https://jims.net/privacy-policy/. Entry details are used to administer the draw, contact winners, follow up on the quote request, and for general business and marketing purposes where consent has been given.
- No obligation to proceed
Entrants are under no obligation to accept the quote provided or book a Jim’s service. Entry into the draw is not contingent on proceeding with a booking.
- General conditions
Jim’s accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from acceptance of the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought if needed.
Jim’s reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these terms, or engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct.
If for any reason the promotion is not running as planned due to circumstances outside Jim’s control, Jim’s reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
