My name is Simon Farmer, and I represent Jim’s Pool Care in Western Australia. I oversee the WA region, with a strong focus on Perth and the greater metropolitan area including the Peel Region.
I’ve been part of Jim’s Pool Care for over 22 years, starting out as a franchisee myself for the first seven years. Before joining Jim’s, I worked as a programmer analyst, which gave me a strong foundation in problem-solving and systems—skills that continue to play a big role in how I support our network today.
