Before joining Jim’s Pool Care, Greg spent over 20 years running his own business as an electrician. Through this experience, he developed strong business skills, technical expertise, and a clear understanding of what it takes to operate and grow a successful service-based business.
Looking for a change from the physical demands and limitations of his trade, Greg discovered Jim’s Pool Care through a close friend who had built a highly successful business in the industry. Seeing the opportunity to combine technical work with business ownership, he made the transition in 2021.
Since then, Greg has built a successful franchise and progressed into the role of Regional Franchisor. His background in trades, combined with real-world business experience, allows him to mentor franchisees with practical and relevant guidance.
