Jason Pollack is the Regional Franchisor for Jim’s Pool Care, supporting franchisees across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Port Stephens and the Hunter Valley in New South Wales.

With more than a decade of experience in the pool care industry, Jason has built a strong network of successful franchisees throughout the region. His team shares a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the high standards that have made Jim’s Pool Care a trusted name for thousands of families across the region.

Jason works closely with his franchisees, providing ongoing support, training and mentoring to help them build successful and sustainable businesses.

About Jason Pollack

Jason joined Jim’s Pool Care in 2016, starting out by building his own greenfield territory from the ground up. Through hard work and dedication, he grew the business into a successful two-van operation with a strong and loyal customer base.

In 2019, Jason was presented with the opportunity to purchase the regional franchisor rights from his previous franchisor. Recognising the opportunity to help others succeed in the industry, he stepped into the role and began supporting franchisees across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens.

Since taking on the region, Jason has focused heavily on recruiting quality franchisees and providing strong local support. As a result, the region has more than doubled in size, with a growing team of motivated franchisees who are passionate about the brand and the industry.

Jason places a strong emphasis on ongoing training, mentoring and building a supportive franchise community, helping new and existing franchisees develop their skills and grow profitable businesses.

His commitment to supporting franchisees and growing the division has led to multiple national awards within Jim’s Pool Care, including the prestigious Jim’s Group Franchisor Diamond Award.

Before joining Jim’s Pool Care, Jason worked in a high-stressed Law enforcement profession that involved long shifts, weekends and public holidays. Moving into business ownership completely changed his lifestyle.
