Stephen’s background includes running motels and supermarkets, but it was the Jim’s model that offered the perfect balance of flexibility, family involvement, and financial growth. After joining the group, Stephen quickly saw the potential of pest control not just as a business, but as a way to make a real difference for customers.
What started as a single business soon became a family enterprise. Stephen’s wife, sons, and even his son-in-law are now involved in the division, each building thriving businesses of their own.
