Joel Kleber is the Chief Marketing Officer of Jim’s Group and has spent more than 15 years working within the franchise network across marketing, digital strategy, content and franchise recruitment.

During his time with Jim’s Group, Joel has helped develop the Group’s digital and content strategy and has interviewed hundreds of Jim’s franchisees and franchisors as host of the Jim’s Podcast, giving him a unique insight into what it takes to build and grow a successful service business within the Jim’s system.

Joel was ranked Australia’s #1 Franchise Executive in both 2024 and 2026, becoming the first person to receive the top ranking twice.

He writes about franchising, franchise recruitment, marketing, AI, content strategy and the lessons learned from working with thousands of small business owners across the Jim’s Group network.
