This ensures the client’s items are cared for and returned promptly.

Once Zach has collected all the day’s laundry, he heads to the laundromat to begin the washing and drying process. 

He’s partnered with a local laundromat owner, Sean, who is also a Jim’s Laundry franchisee. 

This mutually beneficial arrangement allows Zach to leverage the commercial-grade equipment and facilities without having to invest in his own.

Zach is meticulous in his laundry handling, carefully checking each load for any loose items or potential issues before washing. 

He separates lights, darks, and colors to ensure proper cleaning and care.

After the washing is complete, Zach transfers the loads to the dryers, again checking for any lingering items that could get stuck. 

Once dried, he folds the laundry neatly and prepares it for delivery.

Depending on the client’s preferences, Zach will either drop the laundry off directly with them or leave it with the building’s front desk for them to retrieve. 

He makes a point to communicate with clients throughout the process, sending updates and confirming delivery times.

With his daily laundry tasks complete, Zach is then free to focus on his other business ventures or enjoy some personal time. 

His flexible schedule allows him to pick up his daughter from school or attend to other family commitments as needed.
